Since 2014 Khanevadeh Hospital has decided to establish and set up an International Patient Department (IPD) in accordance with its mission and policies. This department consists of 6 VIP suits, separate lobby , and special services and facilities for the welfare of the patient and his or her companions. This IPD-suites have views of Isfahan city beautiful nature and facilities like TVs, microwave, refrigerator, accessing the internet and call nursing system.

بیمارستان تخصصی خانواده با توجه به رسالت و سیاست های سازمانی خود از سال 1393 تصمیم به تاسیس و راه اندازی دپارتمان بیماران بین الملل گرفت. بخش بستری این دپارتمان شامل 6 اتاق ویژه ، لابی مجزا، منو غذایی باز، خدامت ویژه هتلینگ با امکانات ویژه جهت رفاه هرچه بیشتر بیماران و همراهانشان می باشد. این اتاق ها نمایی از طبیعت زیبای شهر اصفهان دارند و شامل امکاناتی مانند تلویزیون، ماکروفر، یخچال، دسترسی به اینترنت و سیستم احضار پرستار دارد.
